Tommy loved Special Olympics; played on many different teams and played many different sports. You could always count on Tommy to cheer you on and in fact, he won the best sportsmanship award one time. He was so moved by this it brought him to tears.
Tommy helped for many years with the Marion Football team and loved being a part of it.
Tommy had a huge heart and could always make you smile. He taught us all the meaning of love.
Tommy is survived by his father, Doug Wagoner; brother, Jon Wagoner; uncle, Ed & aunt, Linda Wagoner from Aiken, SC; plus many additional housemates, friends, and church family.
