Shaunn Baired Curry

Shaunn Baired Curry, 55, of Pittsburg, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020, as a result of injuries from an ATV accident.

Private services will be held with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Shaunn was born July 5, 1964, in Fullerton, California, to Loren Ray and Sharon Kay (Greeney) Curry. He married Carol Ann McCormick on April 10, 2015, in Paducah, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Curry of Pittsburg; father, Loren (Rebecca) Curry of Pittsburg; sister, Gretchen Curry of Marion; daughter, Nicole (Danny) Hance of Marion; son, Michael (Gretchen) Jones of Johnston City; grandkids, Triston, Josh, Keira, and Talon Hance, and Remington Jones; great-granddaughter, Liliana; nephew, Garrett Leposky; nieces, Gauge Bevis and Ava Gibson; great-nieces and nephews, Harper Leposky, Layton Bevis, and Jaxon Bevis; half brothers, Isaac (Megan) Gibson and Eli Gibson; several loving aunts and cousins; and close friends, Scott McCabe and Tommy Janes, in addition to many other dear friends.

Shaunn was preceded in death by his mother.

He retired as a Sergeant from Williamson County Sherriff's Department after 28 years of service. Most recently, Shaunn was salesperson at Mack's Marina at Lake of Egypt.

Shaunn loved spending time outdoors on his farm and cooking for his family.
