Lynda Sue Robinson, 69, of Colp, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Shawnee Senior Living in Herrin.

She was born February 15, 1955, in Christopher, to James Coy Sr. and Mary (Grabarich) Newberry. Lynda married Kenneth Ray Robinson in 1973, in Cambria.

Lynda is survived by her husband, Kenneth Robinson of Colp; sons, Chris (April) Robinson, and Jason Robinson; grandchildren, Nathan Van Zandt-Robinson (fiancée, Ariel Collins), and Justin Robinson; brothers-in-law, Mike Land, Randy Land, and Rick Land.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Pickerill, Shirley Newberry-Robinson, and Betty Short; and brothers, John, Bobby, and James Coy Newberry Jr.

Lynda was a homemaker.
