George Lee Hall

George Lee Hall, 71, of Herrin, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at the CLC at the Marion VA.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Activities Department at the CLC at the Marion VA.

George was born September 5, 1950, in Christopher, to Earl and Mary Ruth (Baumgarte) Hall.

He is survived by his brothers, Richard Hall of Marion, and Pete (Diane) Hall of Carterville; sister, Stella (Gene) Gulley of Benton; and dear neighbors, Norma and T.A.; and several nieces and nephews.

George was preceded in death by his parents; son, Chad Hall; and brother, Danny Hall.

He honorably served our country in the United States Army.

George worked on the assembly line at Norge for several years.

Per George’s wishes, no services will be held. Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville is handling cremation services.
