Elois Mae (Edwards) Boner

Elois Mae Boner, 78, of Carterville, passed on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Herrin Hospital.

She was born on February 3, 1947, in Carbondale, to Lawrence and Mildred (Spiller) Edwards.

Elois is survived by her daughter, Brandy (Danielle) Hasenbank; granddaughter, Breanna McAnelly; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Davis and Sue Homoya; and brothers, Bill “Byo” Edwards, Robert Edwards, and LaVerne Edwards.

Elois worked in retail sales at Ralph’s House of Flowers.

Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville assisted the family with cremation services.
