Diane Miller Obituary

Diane Miller, 64, of Carterville and formerly of Benton, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021, at Herrin Hospital.

She was born March 25, 1957, in Benton, to Lyndell and Edna (Hall) McChesney.

Diane is survived by her son, Matt (Sarah) Miller of Herrin; grandchildren, Connor, Jackson and Maddilyn Miller; sisters, Joy Burton, Christine Thomas, Sue McChesney, and Terri McChesney; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Diane retired after 27 years of service as a dispatcher for the West City Police Department.

Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville assisted the family with cremation services.
