Danny Hagler

Danny Hagler, 67, of Hurst, passed away Friday, December 20, 2019, at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 2, 2019, at Blairsville Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded by the Carterville American Legion Post, Herrin V.F.W. and American Legion, and Army National Guard Ritual Team.

Danny was born September 16, 1952, in Herrin, to Earl R. and Rose Marie (Peebles) Hagler.

He is survived by his brother, Victor Hagler of Lehigh Acres, Florida; step-brother, Loren (Cindy) Graves of West Frankfort; step-mother, Germaine Hagler of Carterville; nieces and nephews, Ryan (Amanda) Bahde, Victor (Amanda) Hagler II, Shannon Hagler, Andrea (Tom) Dreesen, and Brent (Lynn) Graves; several great nieces and nephews; and cousins.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Andrea "Andi" Bahde; and niece, Amy Bahde.

He honorably served our country in the United States Army.

Danny was a maintenance worker for Budslick Management Company in Carbondale.
