Cynthia “Candi” A. McMillan, 60, of Carterville, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021, at home in Blairsville.

She was born January 18, 1961, in Chicago, to Robert and Shirley Ann (Robison) Olkowski.

Candi is survived by her sons, John Aaron McMillan and Adam Cody McMillan, both of Carterville; step-father, Gary Burroughs of Blairsville; sister, American-Lynn (Robert) Hardy of Carbondale; brother, Bruce Robison of Evansville, Indiana; and the father of her children, Otis McMillan of Carterville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

No services will be held at this time.
