Christina "Tina" Lee Stout

Christina “Tina” Lee Stout, 61, of Marion, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Herrin Hospital, surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville, with Kevin Cox officiating. Burial will be in Liberty #8 Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Tina was born June 13, 1960, in Melrose Park, Illinois, to Connie Faye Lunsford and Gerald “Possum” Gardner. She married Andy Cimino on November 15, 2018, in Marion.

She is survived by her husband, Andy Cimino of Marion; daughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Cox of Goreville; sons, Jeremy Stout of Herrin, Johnathan (Amanda) Stout of Thompsonville, and Kaiden Cimino of Marion; sister, Kimberly Spruell; grandchildren, Andrea Stout, Owen Stout, Jonathan Golz, Emma Golz, Laci Holder, and Jacqueline Ella-Faye Barnes; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Henry Cox.

She was an animal lover and collector who enjoyed going to auctions. Tina was also a great cook that loved her family and grandkids dearly. Her love for family extended to many others as she became a “second mom/grandma”, fondly called “Mama Tina”.
