Catherine "Cathy" M. (Garavalia) Noakes

Catherine "Cathy" M. Noakes, 75, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

She was born in Herrin, on November 4, 1948, the daughter of the late Angelo and Evelyn (Bencini) Garavalia. On April 23, 1971, she married Phil Noakes, who survives in Findlay, Ohio.

Survivors include her two sons, Craig (Stephanie) Noakes, of Forest, Ohio, and Paul (Sara) Noakes, of Findlay, Ohio. Her two grandchildren, Angela and Halie Noakes; and sisters, Barbara (Steve) Bailie, of Marion, and Sandy Hodges, of Herrin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cathy was employed at Assured Title Company and Mid -Am Title. She enjoyed her flowers and gardens, reading, cooking, and taking care of everyone she loved.

A visitation was held Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the COLDEN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay, Ohio. A memorial service was held at the funeral home at 2 pm. Burial followed at Maple Grove Cemetery.
