Maura Rayfield Obituary

Maura Lee Rayfield, 61, of Carbondale, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018, at McKinney Hill Cemetery in rural Williamson County.

Maura was born June 9, 1957, in Columbia, Missouri, to James and Patricia (Harrison) Rayfield.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Rayfield of Carbondale; sister, Sue McBride of Mt. Vernon; brothers, Jeff Rayfield of Carbondale and Kevin Rayfield of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Maura was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, J.R. and Goldie Alma Harrison and Earl and Lynna Rayfield.

Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home in Carterville is in charge of arrangements.
